What to Bring to a Yoga Class

please bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat if you have one. The teacher will bring some spare mats for those who need to borrow one. A yoga block, yoga strap and a towel can be useful but are not essential

yoga should be practised with an empty stomach so please avoid heavy meals for 2 hours before class

please wear clothing which is not restrictive to movement, e.g. jogging trousers and t-shirt. No footware is needed but socks and an extra layer of clothing is recommended. All class venues have toilets where you can change clothes if needed.

WATER to drink at the end of class,
				TOWEL to mop your brow, to sit on, and as a blanket,
				YOGA MAT helps prevent you slipping during physical work
