What to Bring to a Yoga Class

please bring a bottle of water, a large towel, and a yoga mat if you have one

yoga should be practised with an empty stomach so please avoid meals for 2 hours before class

please wear clothing which is not restrictive to movement, e.g. jogging trousers and t-shirt (all class venues have toilets where you can change clothes if needed)

WATER to drink at the end of class,
							TOWEL to mop your brow, to sit on, and as a blanket,
							YOGA MAT helps prevent you slipping during physical work
